    When you work with me, your case doesn't get skimmed — it gets studied. Here's how it actually works.

    First, I spend the better part of a week with your history — every lab you can put your hands on, often seven to ten years of records. I read all of it, not the highlights, looking for the gaps, the threads, and the "normal" results that were quietly drifting in the wrong direction. From that, I decide exactly which tests we still need to see the full picture.

    Those tests take three to four weeks to come back. Then comes the real work: hours and hours of weaving everything together —

    Your lab history — what your bloodwork has been trying to tell you for years.

    Your genetics — the variants that shape how your body was always going to behave.

    Your organic acids — a live readout of your cellular metabolism: the Krebs energy cycle, methylation, neurotransmitter synthesis, and the nutrient deficiencies driving how you feel right now.

    Layered together, these tell a story none of them tells alone. It's slow, careful, one-person work — and it's how we find the root: not another label for your symptoms, but the actual upstream reason your body is struggling, and the specific levers that will change it.

    Initial Analysis Intensive

    Now booking — two new clients per month

    Because each intensive involves 15+ hours of dedicated research and a full 60 days of care, I take on only two new clients each month. This is what makes the depth of the work possible — and it means there is often a short waitlist. If the current month is full, I'll share the next available start date when we talk.

    The 3x4 Genetics test kit and any recommended lab work are required and ordered separately (not included in this fee).

    This is not a one-appointment consultation. It is a complete, guided 60-day intensive — from lab collection and functional testing through full review, analysis, and an implemented, personalized protocol. Your first 60 days of care are included, so support is in place from day one.

    15–20 hours of practitioner research and analysis, typically across 30–40 days: tracking and reviewing your prior labs, ordering indicated tests, and integrating your genetics with functional findings into a 6-page client analysis, physician brief, quick-reference facts, and personalized pharmacogenomic guide.

    Step 2 · Optional Ongoing

    Monthly Membership

    Real healing is not linear. After your first 60 days of included care, ongoing membership is optional and month-to-month — continue for as long as it serves you.

    Interpretation of standard lab work
    All functional-test interpretations included — organic acids, neurotransmitter panels, and more, at no extra charge
    Yearly genetic re-analysis as the science evolves
    Priority scheduling and extended messaging
    Deeper protocol iteration for complex, multi-system cases

    A single functional-test interpretation plus a one-hour appointment is $399.

    Membership is optional and begins after your first 60 days of included care. It is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime — just let me know at least 48 hours before your next payment. The monthly group coaching call is held the second Wednesday of each month; the optional private 1:1 session is scheduled when you need it.

    What Testing Typically Costs

    Testing is ordered case by case based on what your history and genetics indicate. These costs are paid directly to the testing companies, not to me, and they are approximate — they vary by lab, by what's ordered, and by insurance coverage.

    • 3x4 Genetics test kit — approximately $320 (one-time; required to begin)
    • Organic Acids with Toxic Elements, Amino Acids, and Fatty Acid panels — approximately $450+, depending on which panels are indicated
    • Basic methylation & insulin-resistance bloodwork — approximately $100 if not covered by your physician or insurance

    These are third-party costs and may change. I'll always discuss what testing is recommended and its approximate cost before anything is ordered — you're never surprised by a bill.
